How to Explore British Music While at London Olympics

The London Olympics is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, event of 2012. People from around the world have their attentions focused on anything Olympics and London. Of course, for those fortunate enough to witness in person as the events unfold in this year’s Olympics, there is so much more about London that you could enjoy while on your visit.

Aside from the architectural wonders that everyone would look forward to when visiting the city, London has a very vibrant music scene too. I strongly recommend that you explore this side of this beautiful city as well. This is also a great way to enjoy many delicious local food popularised by many of these pubs. Must-visit music venues include Half Moon in Putney, The Dublin Castle in Dublin, and The Black Sheep Bar in Croydon.

If you got a bit luckier and got invited into a wedding, be ready to witness the wonderful music that harpists in London are known for.

To end, I would love to share with you two music videos featuring two of the finest harpists serving the London area.

This ultra-talented musician is a wedding harpist in Hertfordshire who also covers events in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Greater London, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire.

A great Flute and Harp Duo in Essex also caters to weddings in Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Greater London, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, and West Sussex.
